Can they get any cuter?????

I've been trying to get a good picture of them together for months now....and today was my lucky day......I had them laughing away (hope it works next time)!!!

Really though can they get any cuter than this?? My Blondie's have completely opposite eyes.....really blue and really brown....but both got their daddy's hair. Conner is going to have to beat the girls off him, they are going to LOVE those blue eyes!

Our New Playhouse

Here is my newest great garage sale find and the kids are having a blast with it....apparently I came at the right time (while the wife was a work). His wife had told him to sell it but apparently wasn't clear not to go down on the price by $45...hehe...lucky for me! When we went back to pick it up he told us she wasn't very happy with him! (he might be sleeping on the couch)

I know the fake green grass carpet is a little white trash but it works and it's in the back of our house so no one really sees it...we had a large pool there the past few summers and last year it went to the dump, so instead of a large rectangle of dirt in our backyard we covered it with the carpet and the house. Next year we plan to put a patio there so it's just temporary..hehehe.

My Babydoll

Morgan has started to really like her baby...and she points out babies everywhere!!! I almost think is something built into a girl because she can't get enough and Conner could care less :) Here are a few cute pics of her hugging her babydoll.

Also a random picture I finally got of her not in motion at 14 months....and another failed picture of them together...can you see how much fun they have with me....haha mom you can't get us to sit still and smile for you :)

These were some of the sweetest words I've heard all week :) During Conner's cartoon the other morning Morgan walked by, he grabbed her and gave her a BIG huge and said I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! ...they then sat there like adorable siblings for a few minutes...how precious. Although it's not like this all the time, these moments bring tears to my eyes. Here are a few pictures of them loving each other...and lots of kisses from Morgan.

Mother's Day Weekend :)

Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful mommies out there! My Mother's Day weekend was soooo nice. Saturday I got a much needed day out with my mom, grandma, and sister. Both the kids have a had a cold/cough for two weeks so we were staying home a lot so getting out by myself was bliss! I felt a little guilty that I wanted to get away from the kids for Mother's Day but not so guilty since it was Saturday and then Sunday I spent the day with the family. I really believe I'm a better Mom when I get some me time once in a while :)

I started out Saturday with a yummy warm White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks, headed to get pampered by my hair dresser for a hair cut and then off to shopping with my ladies....we ended the day with an early dinner at Carraba's. It's crazy how fast time goes when your away from home but I had a great time!

Sunday we decided to stay home from church since Conner still have a bit of a cough and we didn't really want them to go to nursery. We had purchased a bike trailer on Friday so we hooked up the trailer to the bike and headed to a park for a picnic lunch. After lunch we headed home for a nice afternoon nap...yep I got a nap...yipee!! After that we got back on the bikes and headed to another park before dinner...came home for dinner and headed right back out to another park. The kids were a little spoiled :) It was so nice to be outside all day but man am I sore this morning.

Thanks to my wonderful hubby for making my weekend so nice and relaxing....and of course to my absolutely wonderful children for loving me so unconditionally...Love you all so much I can't put it into words.

One day this week I cleaned out Morgan's closet...took out the too small stuff and added the summer clothes...it was time to pack away the baby gear but Morgan found it much more fun climbing in and hanging out :)

And so did Conner!

Morgan is my little climber....but this morning she was too tired to climb all the way up...so she hung out to watch a cartoon :)

The deck has been our hangout lately...the kids love going out for dessert after dinner, play during the day, coloring or playing games at their picnic table.....love it when the weather is so beautiful I can catch some rays while having fun with the kids.

TThis day they emptied out the toy bin and climbed in....keep them giggling forever!

Although I think a clean house is over rated some times....mine is not always this messy...the floor was covered with the toys that were originally in the bin :)

Spring Pics

Today was a beautiful day and as we were playing on the deck after lunch I looked out at the newly mowed lawn and thought....what a perfect day for a picture!! The green grass and sunshine made me think of SPRING!

I have to admit I've been really bad at taking pictures lately. Morgan is on the move ALWAYS so a good picture is hard to come by but my little man is becoming a great poser for me. So we dressed up and headed out to the grass of some fun spring pics. My main goal was to try and get a good picture of them together to give to Grandmas and Great Grandmas for Mothers Day. I really wish I could get a really good group picture of them but they never seem to smile or look at the camera at the same time....ugh! This is the best I could get....hope you enjoy :)

Not so lady like but love the look of bare feet in the grass....might have to crop this one :)
