We went to Klackle's Farm earlier this month but didn't end up having time to pick pumpkins so we thought we would go back to the small farm on fruitridge by our house. We went last year but Conner was still a little too small to really enjoy it. It's much smaller than Klackle's and actually could be more expensive but the kids had a blast.
Our friends the Crump's came along and Kennidee and Conner loved the rides. Kennidee's favorite was the ponies which Conner refused to ride but he found his favorite in the pig barrels pulled by a tractor so all was good. By the time we left, the pumpkins were pretty picked over since we didn't take the hayride back into the pumpkin patch (that would have been $6 per person plus the $5 for the pumpkin. Since we rode the tractors at Klackle's we didn't feel this was super important)....unfortunately the ones up at the farm were almost all starting to rot so we promised Conner that Sunday we would go pick one out at Meijer. We ended up getting one twice the size and half the price :)
Here are a few pics of the night, the petting zoo was another favorite!

Enjoying a freshly made donut.
